AP Language and Composition
After turning in their Capote essays, students began writing their next essay today. This was a compare/contrast rhetorical analysis about a modern-day issue.
Homework: Students need to finish reading the articles tonight and write their outline of the essay. This outline should be brought to class tomorrow.
Pre-AP English 9
We continued our research project in the library today.
Homework: Students need to make sure that they are on top of their research and not falling behind. The presentations will begin on Monday, September 9th. Also, students need to finish reading chapters 11-21 in To Kill a Mockingbird by Friday, September 6th.
