AP Language and Composition
Today, we took time in class to analyze our multiple choice tests that we took last week. After that, we began studying satire, its intricacies, and its methods.
Pre-AP English 9
In today's class we continued our analysis of "The Scarlet Ibis." In particular, we focused on imagery and symbolism in the story.
Homework: Students need to complete the "Color Chart" in their Scarlet Ibis packet. Students also need to read chapters 1-4 in A Separate Peace by Monday, October 7th.
Advanced English 9
Today, we finished both our visual analysis of Landscape with the Fall of Icarus and our analysis of "The Scarlet Ibis."
