AP Language and Composition
We spent time in today's class self-editing and peer-editing our Capote essays. We also read through sample essay from a previous AP exam to see how our essays measured up.
Homework: Students need to re-write their essays based on the revisions that were given today. These are due tomorrow.
Pre-AP English 9
We started our research projects in today's class and spent time in the library getting oriented to the research process.
Homework: Students need to continue their research at home, and they need to read chapters 11-21 in To Kill a Mockingbird by Friday, September 6th.
