AP Language and Composition
Students had a current events debate today, debating the ethics of alternative power sources and medical issues.
Homework: Students need to buy a copy of Unbroken. We will begin reading it on September 2.
Pre-AP English 9
After learning how to tie a necktie, students finished their final day of research in the library.
Homework: Students need to be reading chapters 1-10 in To Kill a Mockingbird. They also need to finish their research presentations, as they will begin tomorrow.
Bible as Literature
We studied through the story of Cain and Abel in class today.
