In today's class, we continued discussing the Argumentative Essay. We read through several sample essays and graded them according to an AP rubric.
Homework: Students need to read their nine weeks novel and Fast Food Nation by the time they return from Christmas Break.

In today's class, we continued reading The Odyssey, and supplemented our reading with Tennyson's "The Lotos Eaters."

We continued reading Romeo and Juliet in today's class.
