AP Language and Composition
Students worked in the Biology lab this morning with HeLa cell splats and chromosomes. We worked with our Biology teacher, Mr. McDonald, in a cross-curricular attempt to help the biography we've been reading come to life.
Homework: Students need to finish reading Henrietta Lacks by tomorrow.
Pre-AP English 9
We reviewed comma usage in class today before continuing our study of Romeo and Juliet.
Homework: Students need to read chapters 5-8 in A Separate Peace by Friday, February 20.
Bible as Literature
Students continued their comparative analysis of the book of Esther with the movie One Night with the King.
