AP Language and Composition
After taking their Word of the Day quiz, we deconstructed several AP prompts.
Homework: Students need to finish reading Columbine by Monday, February 10. They also need to obtain their copy of Tim O'Brien's The Things They Carried by Friday, February 14.
Pre-AP English 9 (1st)
We finished reading and analyzing Romeo and Juliet in class today.
Homework: Students need to study for the Romeo and Juliet test, which will be given tomorrow. They also need to obtain their copy of The Glass Menagerie as quickly as they can.
Pre-AP English 9 (5th)
We began watching the cinematic version of To Kill a Mockingbird in class today.
Homework: Students need to study for the TKAM test, which will be given tomorrow. The words of the day will also be included on this test. They also need to obtain their copies of A Separate Peace and Of Mice and Men as quickly as they can.
