AP Language and Composition
Students wrote a rhetorical analysis essay in today's class.
Homework: Students need to finish reading The Things They Carried by Friday, April 17. They also need to have their copy of Columbine by Dave Cullen on this day.
Finally, students should be actively working on their Vietnam Research Video. It is due on Monday, April 20.
Pre-AP English 9
Students finished their Animal Farm essay in class today before completing a quick-write assignment.
Homework: Students should have their copy of The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams. If they do not already have it, please help them to obtain is as quickly as possible. They should bring this with them to class every day.
They can also go ahead and get their copy of Lord of the Flies. It is the next (and last) novel that we will be studying.
Reading the Bible as Literature
Students continued studying the Gospels in class today.
