Pre-AP English 9
Students took the second part of The Odyssey unit test today. They also received their Odyssey Parts 2 and 3 tests back today.
Homework: Students need to read books 6-7 in Runemarks by February 12th. They also need to have their copies of Romeo and Juliet by tomorrow, when they will receive their first reading assignment out of the play.

Today, we discussed verbals in class before learning about the Salem Witch Trials.

Today, we applied our new knowledge of American naturalism, regionalism, and realism by reading through works from Ambrose Bierce and Stephen Crane.
