Post-modernism was the topic of discussion in today's class, along with William Golding's role in this literary movement. We also began discussing Lord of the Flies, chapters 1 and 2.

Homework: Students need to read chapters 4-5 in Lord of the Flies in preparation for a test on Thursday, May 3rd. This test will also cover Words of the Day.
AHSGE Reading Review
We continued discussing poetry in today's class, and analyzed works by Samuel Taylor Coleridge and Maya Angelou.
